No Return & No Refund Policy
MEC PRIMO follows a strict No Return and No Refund Policy.
Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund, except where required under applicable consumer laws.
By placing an order on our website, the customer acknowledges and accepts this policy.
Exchange Eligibility
We only provide exchanges in the following cases:
- Size issue
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
- Damaged product received
Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with proper unboxing video/photo proof.
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The product must not be damaged by the customer.
- Exchange requests raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Customized or personalized products
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale events
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing
- Items without original tags or packaging
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange your product:
- Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number along with issue details and proof.
- Once approved, ship the product to the address shared by our support team.
Customers are responsible for return courier charges unless the exchange is due to:
- wrong item shipped by us, or
- manufacturing defect/damaged product.
Exchange Charges
A standard logistics and handling fee of Rs. 200 may apply for approved size exchanges.
Important Notes
- Exchange is subject to product availability.
- MEC PRIMO reserves the right to deny exchanges if the product does not meet the above conditions.
- Minor color variations due to photography, lighting, or screen settings shall not be considered defects.
- Slight irregularities in fabric, weaving, texture, or print are natural characteristics of handcrafted and premium fabrics.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order and before dispatch Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
