actual colors may slightly vary due to screen settings and photography,
handcrafted fabrics may contain natural irregularities,
slight variation in texture, weave, or finish shall not be treated as defects.

Pricing & Payments

All prices listed are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as applicable.

MEC PRIMO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including but not limited to:

pricing errors,
suspected fraudulent transactions,
stock unavailability,
misuse of promotional offers.

No Return & No Refund

Customers expressly agree that MEC PRIMO operates under a strict No Return and No Refund Policy.

Refunds shall not be provided merely due to:

dislike of product,
change of mind,
color expectation differences,
delayed delivery caused by courier partners,
incorrect size selection by customer.

However, exchange/replacement may be considered for:

manufacturing defects,
damaged items,
incorrect product delivery,
subject to verification and approval by MEC PRIMO.

Limitation of Liability
