Shipping & Delivery Policy

At MEC PRIMO, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 4–10 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During high order volumes, dispatch may take additional time. In such cases, customers will be informed via email, WhatsApp, or phone call.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping location and courier partner availability.

Partial COD Orders

For orders placed using Partial Cash on Delivery (COD):

The advance amount paid is non-refundable if:

  • the customer refuses delivery,
  • the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery,
  • the order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, or
  • the customer provides incorrect shipping information.

In such cases, the paid amount shall be adjusted towards:

  • return shipping charges,
  • packaging and handling costs.

If the customer requests re-shipment of the order, additional courier charges may apply.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

MEC PRIMO shall not be liable for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability may attract additional shipping or handling charges before re-dispatch.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the order is marked as “Delivered” by the courier partner, MEC PRIMO shall not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are advised to contact the respective courier company and local authorities in such cases.

Out of Stock Products

In rare situations where an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, MEC PRIMO reserves the right to:

  • cancel the unavailable item,
  • provide store credit/exchange option, or
  • ship the remaining products in the order.
